RAK Properties, in collaboration with Giorgio Armani and the SIE Group, has unveiled the world’s first Armani-branded villas on Raha Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The project, named Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah, will feature ultra-luxury villas and apartments designed personally by Giorgio Armani and his architectural team.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Arabian Gulf, the residences will offer private beach access, panoramic views, and exclusive lifestyle amenities, including a members-only beach club, concierge services, and tailored resident experiences.
Launched in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Armani/Casa and the 50th anniversary of the Giorgio Armani brand, the development aims to set a new standard for refined living in the UAE, blending architectural elegance, natural harmony, and timeless luxury.
The project expands Armani’s residential footprint in the UAE, which already includes the Armani Residences in Burj Khalifa and Palm Jumeirah.
The launch also coincides with a tourism boom in Ras Al Khaimah. According to the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), the emirate welcomed over 654,000 visitors in H1 2025, marking a 6% year-on-year growth and a 9% increase in tourism revenues.
