Saudi construction technology startup Project Suppliers has raised $1 million in its first per-seed funding round from undisclosed angel investors. Founded in 2020 by Husam Jaber, the company connects construction buyers and suppliers through sourcing, quotation, tracking and reporting tools.
Project Supplier’s database covers more than 12,000 businesses and has processed nearly 600,000 quotation requests. The startup plans to use the funding and its platform data to develop AI-powered cash-flow management and financing solutions.
These tools will target construction and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) suppliers facing liquidity challenges and delayed payments across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
