Positioned as one of the first specialised AI-focused learning platforms for the regional property sector, the academy integrates artificial intelligence into every stage of the educational process. From simulation-based learning and guided assessments to performance tracking and decision-making analysis, the platform is designed to prepare professionals for practical workplace challenges rather than conventional classroom outcomes.
The academy will offer specialised programmes across multiple disciplines including real estate, project management, sales, marketing, and business operations. Through its collaboration with AI CERTs, learners will gain access to internationally recognised certifications while remaining aligned with the needs of the UAE market and wider regional industries.
ThinkProp stated that the initiative supports not only internal teams but also external clients and strategic partners seeking scalable capability-building solutions. Certified by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, the Department of Municipalities and Transport, and the Dubai Land Department, ThinkProp AI Academy plans to train more than 100 professionals during its initial phase before expanding its course offerings across the GCC, the wider Middle East, and China.
