Dubai-based martial arts and holistic education network GMNSM has closed a $2 million funding round led by VEYRA Capital, alongside a private investor. The capital will fund the company’s first jujitsu academy in Riyadh and its debut European location in Monaco.
Founded in 2022 by Andrej Kuprejev, GMNSM operates 11 academies across the UAE, Qatar and Cyprus, serving over 700 children and adults through Brazilian Jujitsu, judo, gymnastics and development programs that pair physical training with soft-skills coaching. Headcount is set to grow from 40 to 60 employees by year-end.
The company has also built its own AI-powered lesson audit platform, Allim AI, to standardize coaching quality as it scales across markets.
Saudi Arabia is next in line for growth, building on strong momentum behind Vision 2030’s youth fitness targets. Monaco will anchor GMNSM’s European push, with the UK, Switzerland and Spain to follow.
VEYRA Capital’s Konstantin Katsev cited the founder’s execution and a model built to travel across markets as key to the investment thesis.
